What are the shipping times?
Orders are shipped from Paris within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery in metropolitan France takes 2 to 4 days.
For international orders, allow 5 to 10 days depending on the destination.
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country.
How are orders packaged?
Every order is carefully packaged: reinforced cardboard for prints, protective sleeve for accessories, and a handwritten note inside
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
First check the tracking number sent by email.

What is a "drop"?
A drop is the launch of a new collection or new design, in a limited run. We announce the date in advance on Instagram and in our Newsletter
Once sold out, the design isn't always reprinted.
Are the garment sizes inclusive?
Garments are available in unisex cut, from XS to XL. We're working on expanding available sizes in upcoming drops. Precise measurements are listed on each product page.
Can I place a custom order?
For objects (prints, stickers, garments), we don't do custom orders — the designs are the studio's. For tattoos, custom projects are possible: send a request via the form on the Tattoo page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Limited editions cannot be returned once shipped, unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, write to us within 7 days of receiving it at aurevoirgabriel@gmail.com with a photo, we'll sort it out!
How do I book a Tattoo session?
Fill out the form on the Tattoo page. I read every request and get back to you to see if the project feels right for both of us. Once confirmed, a €50 deposit is required to secure the slot.

Is the deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
It can be moved once if you give at least 48 hours notice.
